Nice spot
Clean and updated condo, great views
Convenient to Red Hook via taxi or car rental
Only con is hot water heater is tiny, shower runs out very quickly.

Beautiful and relaxing
Xaverie was excellent with communicating about the condo and things to do in St. Thomas. Condo was clean with beautiful views of Smith Bay. It was well stocked with basic food items. Walking distance to Margheritaville and Coki Beach, our favorite. Point pleasant resort is beautiful with its 3 pools, small beach and nature trail.
